iTraineGolf App is a downloadable software application designed for Android and Apple based devices, such as smartphones and tablet computers. It integrates wirelessly with the iTrainerPro and iTrainerMini, to allow swings to be uploaded to users' Android devices, iPhones or iPads for easier viewing. Results are displayed in a dashboard like panel and users can view the swing in 3D or in future, get statistics and trend analysis results. iTrainefGolf App supports full swing, pitching, chipping and putting.
iTrainerGolf App's dashboard displays the following:
- Clubhead Speed
- Tempo Ratio, back to downswing timing
- Swing plane with views from four angles
Club Path and Face Angle at Impact (graphics)
- Spin Rates, back spin and side spin
- Vertical and horizontal launch angles
- Trajectory, Distance and Deviation estimation in numeric and graphic format
- Benchmark to compare current swing against your preset ideal swing
- Statistics, including Average, Range and Trend data for improvement tracking

iTrainerGolf App is software upgradeable so that as new features are released, golfers, club fitters and trainers can take advantage of new functions as they are released.
Future Add-Ons for iTrainerGolf App
- Video Capture - Android devices with video recording capability, iTrainerGolf App will allow synchronised capture of video and swing data to allow side-by-side analysis.
- Clubfitting - Club fitters and makers will benefit form the club fitting module to be released later this year. This add-on module allows club fitters to obtain information about club head speed, shaft loading, tempo, player aggression (based on acceleration profiles)
- GPS - Android devices with an inbuilt GPS, will benefit from the ability to measure shot distances and direction on the golf course which is captured along with the 3D swing data. This allows detailed analysis to take place after a game or practice session. In addition, you will be able to download golf courses onto the device to help with course management.
